    Our food came out relatively quickly (especially for how busy they were). My partner had one of the burgers of the week (this week had a burger with gravy and bacon and other stuff) which he scarfed down proclaiming it delicious. I order the New Mexico burger which was consumed almost as quickly as I could. The burgers were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you have had a bad experience at some of the other locations do yourself a favor and come here to see how the flavors and experience is supposed to be

    Alexis was exceptionally attentive. Anytime I thought l needed assistance she was there at my side. If you want an example of the highest level of attentive service, graciousness and kindness the Polo Lounge expresses this in spades.

    The homemade seasonal eggnog cocktail was absolutely delightful. Also, I was able to order a single slider. The beef was a thin patty and yet they cooked it rare in the center. Quite a feat. Delicious!

    5/5 the food is amazing. Atmosphere... you can just feel the history and the energy the food is great. Love the live music... I highly recommend if you are feeling a bit historic & like you want to feel real old school Los Angeles’s. Or if you are having a business meeting or even a date night... totally recommend! The tuna tar tar & the burgers are great also!

    Had the Mcarthy Salad and was completely satisfied. Of course the service was above average. I've been coming here since the 90's, and the prices have only gone up about 5%
