    Sushi Kiyono has the best sushi I've had in LA thus far, and at great prices (for LA). I'm half Japanese myself and was born and raised in Japan, but moved to the US when I was 10. They allowed me to speak with them in Japanese even though I'm not as good with it as I was when I was living there, and that in itself is something to appreciate about their service. My family is flying in this weekend and I'll definitely take them here.

    I spend a lot of time in Japan. This place is authentic and delicious. The Japanese owner who has been running it for 22 years was delightful to talk to and very service minded. Nigiri portions were like in good places in Japan with the right proportion of rice to fish. Will definitely return.

    Simple, affordable, exquisitely prepared nigri and rolls. Great staff, quiet, adult atmosphere. Owner was delightful. Will return when in the area.

    Fantastic quality and great tasting. This is not a trendy restaurant with fancy flair. It is an original sushi place in the heart of Beverly Hills and has been there for 20 years. The owner is always there. We have been there many times and each time the fish has been exceptionally fresh and great tasting. They have daily/weekly specials for high-end seafood. Wait staff is nice, polite, and very committed. Highly recommended place for the best sushi.
