    A menu full of wagyu! Heaven on earth. I absolutely love wagyu and to see a menu full of top grade is unbelievable. I hope people come here to support the restaurant during these difficult times.

    The best sukiyaki in LA. It's second to their flagship restaurant in Tokyo. Great job in bringing the best of Japan to our town!

    お隣の矢澤が経営するしゃぶしゃぶ、スキヤキ店。両店を行き来できます。
    ロサンゼルスでこのクォリティの日本料理を味わえるとは驚きです。日本から取り寄せるA5ランクの和牛は、当たり前ですが和牛にしか出せない柔らかさと風味があります。肉は厚いので数枚でお腹いっぱいになります。文句のつけようがない完璧さです。

    ただ、対価は相当なもので、ロサンゼルスでこの味を楽しめるなら当たり前と言えるかもしれませんが、高額であることは間違いありません。日本の高級しゃぶしゃぶ、スキヤキよりも遥かに高い価格は覚悟してから楽しむべきです。
