Shake Shack

Been wanting to try this store in Burbank open 2-3 months. Fundraiser for BHS Mock Trial perfect chance! Smoke Shack excellent flavor, cherry pepper burn my level of heat w/lettuce, tom, NO pickles. Crinkle Fries ???????? Hubs got cheeseburger, dog & chicken bites. Bites a bit disappointing, but dog & burger solid flavor. Better if pickles spread more evenly...but overall tasty????????

Order at a row of computers with little instruction, then try to find a place to sit, burgers/fries are good but shouldn't the prices be cheaper than a McDonald's if you're cutting out the cashier? $20 for 2 sodas, 1 burger, 1 fry, & chicken nuggets? I'd expect someone to take my order & bring it to me for that amount even if the burger is slightly better than a BK dollar menu option

Already a fan of Shake Shack, I anticipated a great burger and awesome cheese fries. This location did not disappoint. In fact, I would say that they raised the bar for future visits to Shake Shack. Loved the easy kiosk ordering and there was plenty of seating. Parking want awesome but based on the calories in my meal, a short walk was certainly warranted.

Food and shakes were delicious. The assistant Manager, James, was very helpful especially when the kiosk charged my card twice. Definitely will come back.

Glad they turned the marinello salon into a shake shack. That was much needed and a great way to utilize all of the space in the lot. Really easy to order and pay for food. I love how it's pretty much self checkout.

This trip I got the shack burger and the smoke shack. The burgers were super juicy and I actually ate every single fry instead of throwing half away at other establishments. Haven't tried their beer or hotdogs yet but I'm sure they're pretty good. Well done shake shack!
