“Relatively new branch serving quality seafood. It probably sprang up within the last 1 to 2 years, taking the place of what used to be a Carl's Jr. in the "revitalized" The Ranch at Hollywood and Verdugo shopping center. If you are in the mood for delicious, healthy seafood instead of greasy fast food, this place is a great choice! Very fast service, but the flavors in their entrees are not rushed at all! Seafood is fresh and cooked perfectly (whether grilled or fried) with choices ranging from swai, shrimp, catfish, atlantic salmon, tilapia, sockeye salmon, branzino sea bass, etc. Then pick your sauce and 2 sides to complete your custom seafood plate. They have a kids menu, lots of available parking, and a nice outdoor dining area. Staff has always been friendly and helpful the times I have gone there. They have even been opening at 10am on Fridays (for Lent perhaps?) Really enjoyable and highly recommended!”

“Super friendly staff and a great meal. They were handing out free cookies which were just amazing and a nice touch to our dine in experience. They were so good we bought some to take home as well. The side salad with fresh fruit was a nice surprise to the sandwiches we got. Some firemen were in line ahead of us and got their meal for free which was so nice of the business. Very community and family oriented establishment in a prime Burbank location. Will be a regular spot for me!”

“Hidden in plain sight, this pub has fabulous tropical drinks 🍹 and good food. It's small and cozy with a pirate ☠️ theme. Long list of homemade sauces, I highly recommend dipping tater tots into the garlic aioli. “I wanted to try something new and this bakery has Gluten Free donuts. Your choices are Chocolate Strawberry, Churro. The donut was flavorful and moist and tasted like a chocolate cake. I wished they had more gluten free items. But overall it was delicious.”

“Beer so cold a polar bear would complain! Looks fantastic, lots of upgrades but still has the old Viva layout, minus the stages for entertainment. It's an upper-class appointed, nice sit-down, adult-style restaurant. The remodel is very nicely done, not a bounce house for the kinder to befoul. Got together with the Wolf Pack and went right before they opened for business. The staff was setting up but let us in early for cocktails. Sad to say we missed the Happy Hour, it's only on Fri, Sat, Sun. Had drinks and appetizers in the back bar area. Drank a few draft Modelo's w/tajin rims.Beer so cold a polar bear would complain! We ordered the mole chips and the chicken enchiladas. Both were very good, hand made, and distinctive flavors. Our bartender Marco provided exceptional service, was knowledgeable about the remodel, the menu items, and eager to answer our questions. My first impression is that it's a very nice place with authentic unique flavors from old Mexican recipes. This is not your Barrigans, Granadas, Don Cucos, or Acapulco style restaurant. I would say it's an upper scale authentic experience with unique flavors with small portions. I think they'll need some time to ramp up and tweak their menu, add and remove what is or isn't working. The parking sucks unless they strine an agreement with Pickwick across the street. I wish Celia's "mucha suerte" and many years of business.”

“Had a pretty good first time experience here. The place is kinda small, so more of a takeout place, though there were 1 or 2 tables. The wings were a pretty good size and flavor (though not as saucy as I expected), and the regular seasoned fries were also good but pretty typical. The guys working when I went were pretty chill and friendly. Next time I'm in the mood for wings I'll definitely swing by again to give some of the other sauces a shot.”

“We had ordered back around December 13, 2021. This is a place that would be wonderful for any catering needs. They give quite a lot of food for the order so please do ask for specific sizes if you need any help. The staff was so helpful and kind while we were placing our order. “We got the breakfast burrito and 2 breakfast tacos. I am a notoriously pick BBQ eater, and LA BBQ is almost always an offense to my Texan BBQ upbringing. These guys were supper yum. It's lean meat, so it was a tiny bit drier than I prefer, but the flavor was amazing and it had a beautiful smoke ring. No goofy sauce here either, brisket done Texas style. Highly recommend this place. The only downside is the address in Google took me to the wrong place,(go to end of alley and it's right there on the corner) and no parking, at least in the morning, but it's worth it... Doooo it!”

“A hidden gem on the corner across from the Burbank police station 😊 never felt safer eating a hotdog!😁 the service was a little slow, but worth it because the dogs were DELICIOUS!!! The young lady behind the counter was adorable, so that made the whole wait time tolerable. The place is hipster cute, and I believe it was once a delicatessen. My husband and I will definitely be going back for the hotdog with macaroni and cheese!👍🥰”
