    Cool ambience, great themed cocktails, but the service was not so great. 45 min for a cheese board that was room temp and obviously sitting out too long. Loved the room and drinks though.

    The Castaway Restaurant and TGR are the exemplification of spectacular setting, ambiance and culinary creativity with delicious results. Great for dates that impress, family dinners and events big and small. The Green Room (aka TGR) is a special private lounge and outdoor patio that requires reservations and offers a bit more privacy and quiet if that's what you want. Otherwise the larger restaurant and outdoor patio lounge are higher energy, filled with music and conversations. A pleasure however you choose to enjoy.

    Great ambiance, music was enjoyable and staff very attentive. Great specialty cocktails! A must try... great lounge food and a perfect old fashioned! Will be back.

    If you are looking to travel in time and try new experience in LA which I can guarantee that you won’t have in any other 51 states this is the place to be at

    It's a really nice place, .with a really cool view.. we had the cheese plate at the main bar... by far the best cheese plate I have ever had.
    TGR is a cool place off the main area.. great decor, great music.
    VERY limited beer... and the cocktails... well.... let's just go by our experience.... they have these ridiculously priced signature cocktails that, in theory is great, but in practice falls flat on its face.... two out of three of our cocktails failed to produce the visual experience they are designed to do... and the flavors were just way off... none of the flavours blended with each other.
    Table service was pleasant but lacking in attention.
    They need to concentrate on some signature cocktails without the hype and do them well and perfect that, then this would be a great place... drop the attempt at being outside the box... its a pity really, because it is a beautiful place.
    I'd love to go back and just experience the main bar... but this experience just kinda put me off even attempting to go there again
