“This is probably one of the best Coldstone experiences I've had in a while . A young gentleman by the name of Brandon was helping me out and did a fantastic job! I tried one of the new promotional ice cream recipes called "dough for it" and it was definitely a great one. The place was very clean, well-kept and all of the tables were spotless. Considering how many other Cold Stone's I have gone to that is a pretty rare site. I will definitely be going back to this location and having another concoction very soon!”

“My parents and I decided to go to the "new" Norms in Carson. We were immediately seated and we got to leisurely look through the menu. Our server, Juan was very nice and friendly bringing our drinks, water and straws by request. We placed our orders and while we waited our drinks were refilled without us having to ask. While waiting for our food to arrive I noticed some corporate suits checking out the establishment behind the scene/counter. The manager did come by our table to see how our meal and service was. We did have a wait for our food but the restaurant was very busy and they had quite a few people waiting. We arrived a little after 10 am. Our order was served hot and the order was correct. Our meals were good and we had no complaints. Considering they've only been open since November the service and food were great! We'll be back.”
