2nd time here and just as good. Haven't tried the authentic Chinese yet but will the next time. Had the Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken and orange chicken. Very good even if I usually don't eat orange chicken.
The first thing I noticed walking in to grab my takeout order was how amazing the smell was coming from the kitchen! The order was for mongolian beef, chicken fried rice, and spicy black bean noodle. Everything was packaged very well and included sides like kimchi.
My partner thought the beef was a little chewy but the flavor was great. The spicy black bean sauce had so many tasty caramelized veggies. The fried rice was really good. I want to try the short ribs next time!
When paying, they had sanitized my credit card and the pen to sign the receipt before giving it to me. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT!! This is the first business I've gone to that has done such a protective measure, I was so thankful.
A gem for Korean noodle. Sweet and sour pork is very good too.
Delicious food, freshly prepared. This is a family-run enterprise. The service is quick, the portions substantial, and the food is served deliciously hot. They have a nice selection of vegetarian options. All in all, a very welcome addition to the food scene in Claremont. If you're looking for fresh, delicious Asian food, you should definitely stop by.
No table service.
Prices are ok.
Food is fairly good for Korean Chinese food.
They did make lots of changes to the garlic chicken traditional recipe and the sweet and sour pork was fairly close to standard.
The noodles were good. The brown sauce was fairly good, and the spicy broth was different from what I am used to.
I think you pay for the location, but there are no other alternatives for Korean Chinese food in the area.(what Korea considers Chinese take out)
I would come back if I don't want to drive out to Rowland Heights
