Tastes good and mostly done right. I myself am surprised to give this place four stars when I gave Pho Kobe only three, but I will explain

    Tastes good. Mostly correct Pho.

The best Pho in Los Angeles is Pho Kobe in Torrance. I rated them only three stars for service and bad ambiance. But their pho in flavor and preparation is hands down the best.

If you don’t want to make the trip to Torrance, or prefer the more casual food court scene at the Westfield Mall in Culver City, then Dot Saigon may be for you.

The Pho has the right taste and flavor. A few downsides: The consistency of the broth is not correct. Pho Kobe does it the right way.

They put the bean sprouts and leaves in the soup instead of on the side. Big mistake. The meat is not cut correctly to the proper level of thinness. This really stands out.

Positives: It had the right taste and the meat and meatballs taste fresh. There is sliced green peppers, Sriracha, and plenty of lime wedges available.

And you don’t have to tip if you don’t want to. The tablet screen will ask you first when you order.

The chopsticks are plain wood disposable and the spoon is plastic. Price is about the same as a regular noodle house. My pho cost about ten dollars.

Verdict: For those who want the absolute best Pho, I still recommend Pho Kobe in Torrance. If you don’t live near there and want decent pho, then I can recommend Dot Saigon. It will not be the best pho you’ve ever had, but it tastes decent and feels healthy too.

That’s why I rate it four stars: For ease of casual dining, decent flavor, and reasonable price.

    Love this place.

I get the noodle salad, extra noodles, extra chicken.

Its a great deal for something that is relatively inexpensive and very flavorful.

This is basically mall food so i never eat there but I order it on Doordash frequently.

Once they did forget to give me dressing but Doordash took care of it.

I love the food here, I always get the tofu mushroom dishes and they’re delicious. The service is very mall, the prices are pretty high for being in a mall, and I always feel terrible eating here because of all of the single-use plastic I end up using. I wish they would offer real dishes if you dine in, or at least more eco friendly paper or compostable bowls and stuff.

The tofu sandwich with peanut sauce is so delicious. I think it might be their special sauce that just makes you want to devour it all.
