The Conservatory for Coffee, Tea & Cocoa

I blindly stopped by Conservatory on a Sunday morning because I needed a place to hang out for an hour before meeting up with a friend nearby. I was surprised to find the line out the door, but since I had an hour to kill I didn't mind that much.

Half an hour later, and I was still waiting in line. There weren't any free tables, and people in line would send other members in their party to sit down before ordering, so that was a bit hopeless. I also didn't realize that there was a separate line for regular coffee because I had spent such a long time outside, so word of advice to anyone just ordering coffee, you can save yourself some time.

Thankfully, I snagged the last zucchini muffin. The cashier serving me snapped it before a large party suggested ordering it, so I was pretty appreciative of her help. It was tasty, but the coffee was underwhelming and they ran out of their regular brew. It was definitely kind of annoying to wait half an hour for things to not be stocked, but oh well.

It's a beautiful space, but given the wait and the average coffee, I likely won't be returning.

Best coffee and tea locally, I love this place. They have a wonderful selection of pastries (some gluten free and vegan too). Great atmosphere and the beans are roasted fresh, which smells amazing!
It is a busy wee place, people know when they taste good coffee!
Staff are lovely. I go for coffee and to stock up on my favorite tea.

I really cannot get enough of the mocha here. I don't know why, but it's my favorite mocha ever, and I've had a lot of mochas. Get it iced with oat milk.

The line can be really long in the mornings, but it generally moves pretty quickly. I like to drop by in the early afternoon so I can just pick up a coffee and go.

They roast the beans on site. The owner has won awards. Everyone knows their craft and they are ALL super friendly. This is a gem of a spot. The only place I get my coffee from.

There is no better coffee house in town. Extremely friendly family run. Very fun place. High quality beans roasted perfectly on site.
