The food was good and reasonably priced. The portions seem smaller but they are actually just right for finishing. The service was inconsistent as the level of busy rose and fell. Great when we got it though. Most important to note is the ambient volume. This is a lively place that gets loud - not a place for an intimate conversation or relaxing visit. That's not bad, but good to know ahead of time. But for fun, festive food and experience, it's excellent.
Came here for brunch with a friend on a Saturday, right at opening.
Ambiance:
The space is cute. I like the option of sitting at the bar (smaller groups or by yourself) or at a table. It was raining, but there's also a small patio. Not sure if it's dog-friendly or not.
Service:
The service was good. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing.
Food:
We had the cinnamon roll, which was super fluffy and light. I had the biscuit and gravy. I thought it was fine. But if I went back, I'd order something different. I did not find it memorable nor do I have the desire to order it again.
My friend had the breakfast burrito and she really like that. The portions overall are generous and you won't leave hungry.
Overall, with many brunch spots in the area, I am not sure I'd go back soon, but am not opposed to it, if somebody else suggest it.
I love this place. The food was great and you really get the bang for your buck with the unlimited mimosas.
Very cool nonchalant ambiance.
Fairly affordable as well. Would definitely go back. Great place for brunch.
The food here is so good! Brunch only for Sat and Sun early service but there are plenty of savory options that are definitely lunch style. We had the Belgian waffle with apples and whipped cream, the breakfast bowl and the pork belly tartine. Everything was spot on. The space is really cool too.
The food was all REALLY excellent. The duck leg pasta was especially remarkable. Knowledgeable, fast service. Inventive cocktails. Only reason I'm docking them a star is cleanliness--noticed a couple dirty dishes, and they really, really need to dust. Everywhere.
