    The customer service is lacking. And the bowl I got today was kind of sad. Always order extra sauce on the side. Never added to the bowl. They can never remember to put it in the bowl.

    The food is pretty good here. I ordered the sweet chili shrimp and although it was good, next time I think I will order the beef bowl. If you're hungry get the beef bowl; the shrimp is over-priced and skimpy not scampi. I still give Yoshinoya a good overall review.

    Great place to bring your family.. Everybody is friendly there and their customer service is great... Have lots of different items to try.
