(February 14, 2019, 8:10 am)I gave 5 stars because the food was delicious. I have been twice to El Cholito and both times I ordered Lomo Saltado and both times it was delicious. When you enter the restaurant you sit yourself and wait for the waitress/waiter to bring you the menu. I had to wait a few minutes for the waitress to bring me the menu since both times I was there only one waitress was tending the restaurant. It's a small restaurant.

I have visited several Peruvian restaurants in Los Angeles and this is the one that has the best Peruvian flavor in town.
I recommend it 200%. -
