Excellent service and food!!

Most ”real” Japanese cozy bistro even in Torrance. Must come. But remember to bring your Japanese friend with you as interprerter !????????little secret garden reserved for those who really love japan

I feel like I just walked into Japan! This place is adorable, clean, and neat. Though a bit small, it's very comfortable. They only have two people working here (maybe it's because it was close to closing?), a chef and a server. The server is a very sweet Japanese lady. She greeted us warmly, and seated us right away. We ordered their sashimi, sushi, and uni with Chinese yam beneath. Their fish was very fresh, with soft to melting texture. Especially their uni! It had no metallic fishy taste. In fact, their uni was sweet! Definitely coming back here again if I'm in the area!

Yummy!! Ankimo ponzu was pretty cheap (compared to some other places) and delicious... So was the uni dish. We also got fukuno sashimi and fukuno nigiri. All delicious and decently priced for fresh, nice quality sushi!!

You can't go wrong with anything they offer at this cozy restaurant. Definitely one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in LA by far!
