Poke and chicken zingers were just what we were craving after a day at the beach. Add in refreshing beers and great service, thanks John!

The friendly bartender was also our server and the service was very hospitable.
Despite the craft beer choices, I was in the mood for rose wine. It paired well with the excellent and flavorful short rib burger.

Got the recommendation on Google Maps and decided to check this place out. We were glad we did. Perfect chill beach vibe. Outdoor patio. Football on in the background, but not obnoxious. Laid back crowd and friendly staff that know their stuff. The beer list is big enough to offer variety without being overwhelming. The food was absolutely on point - we stuck to the runts menu, and three plates was enough for two to share. It's not right in the beach, but if you sit in the right spot, you can get an ocean view. Really nothing bad to say; highly recommend!

The best place for a craft beer in the south bay! $4 draft beers during happy hour and weekly rotating local draft beers make it the best value you get across the Beach Cities! Ask to sample a few and enjoy a pint or two.

Staff was all very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable across all beer and food options. We particularly like the 3 for 2 Runts/Green Runts happy hour deal and Taco Tuesdays ($5 for 2 tacos). Haven't had an entree yet but will definitely be back to try based on the good tacos and Runts.

Nice and unique indoor and outdoor seating options with old spools as well. All helps create the laid-back and friendly atmosphere of the bar. Also a block off the strand and pier so don't get too many tourists either. And LOVE all the octopus paintings!
