Cadoro Bakery

I’m siting at Rogers Park across the street from Cadoros’ Bakery early Monday. My first visit I chose a folded egg breakfast sandwich. The folded egg breakfast sandwich is made with a FRESH BRIOCHE BUN. OH MY GOSH it was delicious! Apparently this place is new to the neighborhood their original business model was focused on there wholesale Organic bakery business. One of the few but growing organic bakeries in LA THAT WE SO DESPERATELY NEEDED. It’s a short 7 minute drive from LAX. Soo glad Mr. Cadoro made the decision to share his GREAT TOP QUALITY ORGANIC BREADS directly to the public by opening a walk up retail window for us all to enjoy! GRACIAS and I cannot wait to come back and try your FRESH BAKED BAGUETTES AND YOUR FAMOUS CLAIM TO FAME SOUR DOUGH 🥖!

Yummy 😋. I had the folded egg sandwich, short rib sandwich and chocolate chip cookie. All three items were delicious! Highly recommend and so happy they have this lil cafe open for to go items. I will be back.

Best bread ever! Excellent poached egg sandwich.

Wow! Stumbled in here - grabbed lunch and a few desserts for a dinner party. The jambon-beurre sandwich took me tight back to Paris and the heirloom soup was divine.

The desserts were really great too: chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and a few other items.

The owner of Ca'd'oro Bakery is a fellow graduate of mine from Cornell University, a graduate of the Hotel School at Cornell. He is the best, when it comes to ownership and management of this first class wholesale bakery. He makes the very best breads and does wonderful service to the community by making it possible for people to have good, steady employment. Five stars! You gotta go to restaurants and other venues where they use Ca'd'oro Bakery products to taste these wonderful breads. Check out their website!
