    The Spicy Miso LV1 was fantastic! You do need to have some tolerance for spicy, so be careful if you order LV2 or LV3! I asked for extra pork chashu and was not disappointed. The bone broth really does the job. I'm so excited about having a true ramen restaurant in my hometown. Before COVID, I usually had lunch in Little Tokyo, so I am familiar with many great ramen restaurants. Yoshiharu delivers!

    The staff is friendly and attentive. The ambience is good, modern yet traditional.

    The tonkatsu Black Ramen is good. The flavor and fragrance is on point. The chashu is thick, roughly 3/8-1/2 inch thick. The ramen itself is al dente, not too soft. Everything in the ramen compliments each other, making it a symphony of flavors that makes this dish well put together.

    Overall the experience was a good one. The price is a little higher than other places.

    Great friendly staff. The food isn’t that good and the spoon they use for ramen tastes like wood and chemicals. The flavor of the ramen is 5/10.
