“I went to the location in Los Alamitos about a year ago after a dental appointment the food and overall experience was spot on! I have a bail bonding office across the street from their new location in Lakewood my staff and family do not like eating out due to all the unhealthy products we find in our food today although we think this food taste legit like home made. “Not as good as it has been. My husband and I have been going here for years. It has been a few months and decided to go here for our usual steak dinner (husband) and chicken dinner (me). Mashed potatoes were instant potatoes, eek! Mac and cheese, where's the cheese? Rib eye full of fat and gristle. My chicken and mushrooms with grated cheese was good along with French fries. We expressed our concerns and staff was very apologetic. The place is going through renovations, their CEO was let go(fired) and now Outback is trying to recover from bad decisions. Hopefully, they recover soon and bring back some of their old menu items.”

“I ordered online for a party and was missing two sandwiches out of fifteen. I called and talked to someone claiming to be a manager. He insisted they were made (though we didn't receive them) and would not offer a refund. I asked him his name, he refused to give it. When I mentioned calling corporate (given he was refusing to help), he replied "go ahead and call corporate." I like Jimmy John's, but honestly after this experience I think I'm done. Terrible, disrespectful service is unacceptable no matter how good the food is. EDIT: I was contacted by the store manager Joel, and the owner Jesse. Both were very apologetic and said what I experienced was not acceptable and vowed to address it. They generously offered to refund the entire order, even though I'd only asked for a refund for the sandwiches I did not receive. All in all, I'm grateful for their efforts to rectify the situation and now consider myself a satisfied customer.”

Employees don't seem to have a sense of urgency serving you but then again it is my own perception. Table area is a bit small and you will have to go outside for a bigger table. “My favorite place to get a nice cool smoothie until recently. I visited there yesterday 8/19/18 and notice their prices went up. For the amount you receive, it’s not worth the inflation. They are gonna lose customers if their prices don’t go back down. I was a long time faithful customer until I saw the price inflation. It’s not like they use fresh fruit in every drink.
