For anyone who feels they need to salt and pepper their food before tasting, BEWARE! These cooks are EXPERT Seasoning Artists. For the first time EVER, I never felt the need to add salt, pepper, hot sauce, etc., to my meal. There is so much flavor in every item on this menu, you know it's made just for you and with love for their patrons. From our server Sam, a very sweet young girl who is more than willing to help you discover something amazing on the menu to the entire staff that welcomes you with a warm friendly greeting. Not one of those robotic "my boss will kill me if I don't say "Welcome to....". Everyone is kind, our cups never fell below half and they are able to maintain a standing room only line from open to close at a pace that one might expect mistakes. NOT ONE! Every table was happy, laughing, enjoying themselves and from what we could tell, were long time regulars because the wait staff knows you by name. That's AWESOME! Sam, we cannot wait to come back again, and this time we're bringing the family. You made a typical Saturday morning VERY SPECIAL. Thank you so much.
