I love their guava and cream cheese empanadas! I also liked their veggie sandwich. I will go back again!
It is delicious, make sure they give you moist meat on your sandwich. Some of our pieces were hard and seemed old.
I recommend the Papa rellenas and the Pollo plate, Those are the only two items I truly enjoy. Finding Cuban food out here is no easy task, with that being they do a good job in satisfying the appetite. Prices, however aren't that great for the portion size.
Give them a try, you'll find something you like.
The service was great and the place is nicely decorated and clean. I even got a peak in the kitchen while headed to the restroom and it appeared clean aswell. Now the food. Lets put it this way. I have had much better Cuban food. The food was FAIR. I ordered the chicken plate with black beans and plantains.
The beans tasted like they were from the can. Not fresh at all. They were thick as if they were over cooked. They also had an unusual taste and a reddish color. It's as if clove and tomatoes were added. I prefer my beans supper black with a little juice to it. The plantain was cooked to perfection. The chicken was a little dry, but still tasty. I would recommend this place if you want something reasonable in price and quick to go order.
Thanks
Wow. This place is good. The Cuban sandwich is just a must have. They have great options. Only draw back is quantity is small. But quality is good
