Salsa is cheap that’s why most Mexican restaurant won’t charge for it , here they do not a good look. They need to stop being to stingy and get back to good portions.”

“This was the first time at this place. I looked up where to find good fry fish in lancaster because I was in the area. I chose this place. The atmosphere was good. The young man at the cashier was nice and courteous but I unfortunately had to wait over an hour just for 3 pieces of fish. I requested collard greens and red beans and rice but he didn't take my order for whatever reason and then will tell me they ran out of red beans and rice. Something I had already paid for. I ended with 2 orders of collard greens. I didn't expect such a long wait or he just forgot about me period. It was a little frustrating and annoying at the same time. He apologized which was nice but why take the phone number if you're not going to call when the food is ready. It makes no sense 😕. It mat seems tedious but not for someone who works customer service. Just my experience. Yours might be different. Overall, the food wasn't too bad. Thanks.”

“My husband and I accidentally stumbled upon this new soul food restaurant today and we are so glad we went. What an awesome, kind, organized and super friendly staff. Food was so good especially the FISH.. We met Muffin the owner and most of the staff and I must say they were all very accommodating. As we sat and enjoyed our meal a young man entered the establishment and looked our way and proceeded to ask if we were ok and needed anything. Well he introduced himself as the owners husband. Now that is what you call family business!! A big shout out to Muffin’s Mom she was just awesome. Also a shout out to the young lady who checked on us regarding our fish a big YES to her and we are enjoying the rest right now!!! We will definitely return and support your business. The guy was very descriptive and described everything that I asked him for it and he answered it with a professional matter and he also told me I wouldn't lie to my customers that way that's just customer satisfaction aside from the food though that's a different story, the food was excellent and he also suggested different ways of making the food to make it taste a little better in which I told him do what you think is best and I ordered the mulita and the all meat burrito. It was the exact same way as he described it and the gentleman who took my order was a very nice person I wish I would have gotten his name well I know he was a little younger but he was very honest and sincere especially towards his customers, he didn't hesitate once he kept eye contact and professionalism I will definitely come back here to visit”
