Delicious food! I will definitely be back! I got the chicken strips and fried pickles. Both were amazing and there's just the right amount of spice in the battery of the chicken strips. The batter was crispy and tasty on top of bread so I made a couple little sandwiches. It was so delicious! The fried pickles were some of the very best I've ever had.

I grew up in the South. Very tasty chicken. Don't know about World Famous though.
Really good sides, they cook their greens right. Mac & Cheese tasty.

I didn't get to get my chicken until it was cold ???? I had to work. What I did eat was very yummy. I know it will taste 100% better when it's hot and fresh. My co-workers loved the food. I thought the potato salad was the best retail/restaurant or prepared salad ever! I am definitely going back. I'm going to sit down and eat it fresh and hot. The fried green tomatoes were also the best I've ever had. I look forward to my return visit.

When I see 'World Famous' in a restaurant's name, I feel that I owe it to myself to find out what it's world famous for. And now I know! Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken is a treat that you deserve to experience. Start with the atmosphere that transports you straight to Memphis, TN. The wonderful music playing, that will keep you so busy singing along, that you 'almost' stop eating. Notice that I said 'almost.' Add to that, the prompt, courteous and attentive service (Our server Quane was awesome) and top it off with great tasting food. Now that's why Gus's is World Famous!
