El Pollo Loco

The chicken was good but I ordered you have a collar cell in and there was only one piece of avocado in it.

This is my neighborhood pollo loco I never really had problems with but today I went through the drive through and ordered a family meal and a salad I got the family meal but not the salad when I noticed I was already half way home but I still went back I went back they gave me a salad but I looked at it and there salad was getting old it was darkening so I ask the lady can i please get a other one this one looks a little bit old and so she took and went somewhere to back while I waited I turn to see wear she was at cause she was talk a while and when I turn the guy that was making the chicken was laughing at me and staring at me I wanted to hop out the car and tell him something but I kept my cool so while that happened the lady came back with the salad and it look the same she had said the person who had made the salad just made it today ????

The 2 I go to in Long Beach and Lakewood are very good. Kudos to EPL for providing very good Mex fast food at affordable price. And very good tasty good.

I had ordered a chicken fajita burrito hind the SC as I have been ordering it for the past 5 years. This time burrito was over salted. I tried calling that same evening, however had to get a hold of someone. I'm sure the crew was slammed finally spoke with a manager by the name of Lisa and as promised Lisa replaced my item. Super nice and friendly manager. Thanks
