Islands Restaurant Long Beach Pike

Standard chain fare but the staff makes this place a regular stop for me. They have a really great happy hour as well. But really its the staff that makes this place awesome.

Their burger patties are flavorful and non-greasy, and it's always on top of literally THE best buns I've had for burgers. I don't have a go-to because at least twice a month, we're at Islands Restaurant Long Beach Pike (cap hill is our fav) trying their burger of the week. Every single burger we try is perfectly crafted and well cooked, super flavorful and filling, and totally crave-able.

Probably eat here more than any other restaurant downtown. Usually just sit at my favorite seat at the bar. Gin and tonic, tortilla soup, Kobb salad, wings. Great food, good prices, friendly bartenders.

THE. BEST. BURGER. EVER. I am ruined. The Kilauea surpassed all expectations and was more delicious than I could have imagined. Oh, woe! For I was only able to enjoy your delicacies but a single night.

The Long Beach Pike staff are highly skilled, efficient, wonderful people that added to our dining experience.

We went during the ISS (Imprinted Sportswear Show), as the restaurant is conveniently located right across the street from the Long Beach Convention Center. The place was packed and the excellent service never wavered. Bravo!

It the first I've been to this location in a long time and service was just as great as I remember. Our server, Amy, was just the right amount of attentive. She wasn't there too often and she disappear on us. I will definitely be back as Islands is quickly becoming a favorite with the rest of my family. I've always been a fan as long as I can remember.
