Love that they use organic in season vegetables when they can. Also love that they understand their menu and actually know what gluten free is. I could smell their fragrant food as I walked there from the car. We shared the duck curry at level 2, cashew with pork belly at level 3, brown rice, Jasmine rice, and we each had our own drink Lychee Mimosa for me and Thai Iced Tea for J. Looking forward to returning.
Best TOM KHA KHAI in Long Beach!
I love the interior and decor here.
The soup is excellent and their curries are pretty good too. I’m honestly shocked this place isn’t more successful.
The only downside is street parking which is metered on this block.
Stumbled upon this place. Really great curry! So creamy and full of umani flavor. I was so skeptical of the pad thai because it was yellowish and I'm used to it being kind of orange but it was SO delicious. The customer service here is also amazing.
Decently priced sit down restaurant. Offers wide range of Thai dishes. Lots of seating, lines are rare. Only one restroom on 2nd floor. Parking is difficult to find and metered(one quarter = 15minutes). However, the inconvenience is worth the quality of the food. Walking distance from great window shop worthy stores. Only open for lunch and dinner.
Food was excellent and good sized portions. I was expecting the Lara to be spicier then it was, but either way the flavors were well balanced and delicious. They have some fun cocktails based upon Thai herbs that are worth trying. The decor is absolutely amazing.
