Wow. This area of Long Beach really needed a place like this. Great space, family friendly all ages. Pizza was delicious (get the mushroom with butternut squash) and they bake their pastries and bread in house. Beer is fantastic and yes made on site. Want a coffee after? Oat milk cappuccino coming right up. Place is also female owned and the bathrooms were immaculate. Will be back every time in in the area. Oh staff was suoer friendly and great too.
This place actually offers what they advertise. The food was right on the spot. We loved it, from the hot dogs to the dessert. There is a lone but I like the idea that you need a number before you get seated and they take costume as the tables get opened for the next people. The lines wasn't too bad didn't have to wait long but it was worth the wait. The music was on key and I was digging the money/paper wall, that was cool.
I just visited the Beer Lab this weekend! Took my boyfriend for the beer and I stayed for the bread and pizza. and in 3 days since visiting, we’ve already recommended it to all our friends. highly recommend this spot! the workers were friendly and patient with helping me find a drink (I don’t like beer lol) and the pizza was PHENOMENAL. they have games at their lounge upstairs, which is so so cozy. we’ll definitely be back!
I came for the beer but I stayed for the bread. I always accidentally call this place bakers and brewery cause the bread is as good as the beer. They have a blueberry cheesecake sour beer that is delightful and I'm not a huge fan of sours. The pizza has a beautiful crust and a delicious flavor. I want to go back to try the loaves of bread.
A few weeks ago my husband and I were looking for a brewery with interesting and unique food. We found this place through google search and wanted to try their infamous bread. We arrived a few hours before closing and unfortunately all the bread was sold out due to Hanukkah celebration. We got upset and had to cancel our beer order since they didn't have the dish we wanted to try so much - the "Bread plate". We were already in the car drastically trying to find out where else we can eat when a staff member (I forgot to ask his name) approached us and suggested that they still can serve us "Bread plate" with sourdough baguettes instead. What a wonderful staff, they quickly found a solution and didn't let us leave unsatisfied! The beer and "Bread plate" were so delicious! Definitely coming back next time when we'll be in town!
Amazing and friendly staff, delicious food and wonderful tasty beer!!!
