Ottimo Pizzeria

Aside from the nice pizza oven charred flavor in the bottom of the pie, everything else about the pizza was just ok. In a town full of artisan pizza joint, it'll be hard for ottimo to stand out. We ordered the meat amore pizza, and expected quite a bit of exploding meaty flavor, but what we got was flavor that is more tamed and maybe suited for the sodium averted crowd.

First time trying and the pizzas were delicious! Will def be back to try more.

Ordered online and pizza was ready early. Good ingredients, crispy crust and an overall good pizza, but lacking marinara sauce. Was more like cheesy bread. If I ordered again, I would ask for extra sauce.

If you're in the Long Beach area, you def gotta stop by and grab some pizza. Plenty of street parking and "Tap Room" next door for beer to go with your pizza. I was with a big group so we got 5 different pies. My favorite was the Margherita and Kalhua Pork. The dessert pizza is also a must try so make sure to check that out too.

An awesome new pizzeria that opened near Long Beach airport!

The menu is straightforward, their dough is done so that it's not too heavy, toppings and cheese balance is excellent! You can taste the amount of trial and error this team has done so that you don't feel full and rather more satisfied with the pie of your choice.

The interior is super settling and the staff is welcoming to help if you can't decide what to order.

Can't wait to come back and try another pie or two.
