East India Grill

My 2 friends and I came here for lunch on a Wednesday, and it was basically empty. There were 2 other parties there. The interior was very spaciousOn the bright side, the service was very attentive and fast. We ordered samosas, tikki masalas, and butter chicken with garlic naan. I didn't care much for the samosas, but the other two dishes were tasty with generous portions. The highest spicy level is *very* spicy! I can definitely see why this place is so popular for take-out. I'll probably do that next time.

We were looking for solid Indian food and we found it! This is a no frills kind of place, a few tables and plastic forks, but you will receive friendly service and delicious food. They also are on all the online/app food sites as well (Postmates, Eat24, etc) and we saw at least 8 pick ups happen during our meal. It’s a great local option for a great meal!

It shares the same space as the family’s shop where you can find every spice imaginable and it’s that scent that hits you as you walk in - the sweet spicy aroma of cumin, cardamom, chili, and garam masala. After speaking with the owners we found out that they are a family run business and have been around for 20+ years! In this town, that is saying something. There is no way you survive that long unless you are doing something right.

We also enjoyed some of the homemade desserts after our dinner. I’ve never had any sweets like these before but they were very tasty, not overly sweet, which was a good thing because then you could eat the whole thing and not feel too guilty! Overall, we will be coming back for sure!

It's half store half restaurant. I wasn't expecting that so I thought I was in the wrong place but it had really good reviews so we just went with it and it was amazing! They have a great lunch special with generous portions. We reccomend the lamb curry. It was amazing. ????

Excellent Indian food. The tandoori chicken and butter chicken was as good as can be found in a top Indian restaurant in India. Self service is the norm. Parking is not available.

What a fun experience we just had at dinner tonight. The family that runs this restaurant was so unique and definitely keepers. I wanted to be friends with all of them. We will be back for the food and company!
