Quintessential American diner. Pan‘s feels like a time warp back to a simpler time. The menu is the classic American diner food, but with a few Mexican options. You won’t be wowed by the meal, but you will enjoy the experience, the friendly service, and the classic decor. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop for sure.
brunch, yeah, so tasty. Loved this place from the first taste. The service was sociable and attentive. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.
I enjoyed my visit to Panns. It holds about 100 patrons and has the "sit at the bar" service in addition to booths. There are plenty of servers and cooks. The food is hot and served quickly, it just didn't have that family vibe for me. Clean and friendly, the owner is there to ask how was the service today. So enjoy your visit and I took some pictures of the interior.
Pann's is an LA institution. Definitely sit at the counter or in one of the puffy red booths. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Pay attention to all the small details in the restaurant because the next time you see a Hollywood movie with a diner scene there's a good chance it'll be shot inside Pann's.
Had a decent Tuna Melt here last week. The service is pleasant and the food is freshly made. They have THE best biscuits on this side of town according to some. I am glad Pann's is still around reminding me of my childhood!
