Dresden

This review is only for the bar side of Dresden - I have not eaten in the dining room side of the restaurant. The bar area is dim, cozy, and reminds you of exclusive old Hollywood. The live music is great and a staple of the Dresden. My friend and I got two appetizer plates to share and it was PLENTY of food and it was all delicious. Our waitress made a fantastic suggestion for whiskey and the drinks were reasonably priced. All-in-all, definitely going back often.

Legendary place. Great drinks, food, hippest, but mellowest crowd. When you're Cool, you don't have to try, you just are. THAT's the Dresden Room.

Food was very good, escargot could use some garlic for my taste but still good. Pepper corn steak prepared perfectly and very tasty. If you want to stay for the jazz in the lounge get to the lounge early it fills up fast.

Only complaint is they really need more waitresses. I saw the girl getting orders as she cleaned tables, received payments and deliver food to their tables, memorized everything, more people kept coming in and said “it’s not cleaned up” well, for starters we should not seat in tables that are not cleaned up, but we also don’t know how heavy is the waitress’s job. Damn those 2 girls from last night definitely needed help, maybe management could step in and help in days like these... Service was excellent, delicious food, great atmosphere, drinks were expectacular. Marty and Elayne were there... It was a great time
