Great burgers, good beer selection, awesome server. Small, cozy, intimate. Love this place.
Our favorite The Black Sheep, to go to!! Los Angeles, , sausage platter, and giant pretzel are such a great combination. Both adults and kids can certainly enjoy this place.
Love this place. Best beers and German food in CA if you ask me. Very authentic and all the staff is knowledgeable and super nice.
Chill little pub next to Cole's. Just a few tables inside. Not a great place to have a large group. Order drinks and food at the bar. Food delivered to your table. Beer selection was okay. Not a full bar but they do infused beer cocktails. My wife is not a fan of beer, so it wasn't her thing.
Food was okay. Ordered some midnight sliders. Inexpensive and good for pub food. Music was chill. Cool crowd. Not too loud or people bumping into you. Seats were a little uncomfortable at the small pub tables. Grab a booth if you can. Stayed for a couple of beers and then made like a tree and got outta there. Give them a try.
I’d been to the Black Sheep before and liked it so I thought I’d try it again. I had the Royal burger with an egg on top and the tots with cheese and truffles. The burger was decent, although it was over cooked. I had asked for the egg to be over easy and it was over cooked too. The flavors were good on the burger though. I enjoyed the tots although they didn’t have as much seasoning or flavor spread throughout. Some tots were seasoned well, other weren’t seasoned at all. It was still a decent place to eat but not my favorite overall.
