    Delicious array of 'Latino' ice creams. They give free samples of the ice creams. They also have paletas for sale too. They also sell frutas, probation one of my favorite ice cream places around the area

    I come here to get the strawberry banana orange smoothie whenever my grandma gets her nails done and the smoothie taste great. The service here is really great the workers are friendly and respectful.

    This is definitely a place that is more about the whole experience of watching them make your ice cream than actually about the ice cream itself! We got the strawberry shawty and shared it (2 of us) after we had a very large dinner. We topped it with blackberries and vanilla wafers and it was yummy!!

    Service is quick and you get to see exactly how they make your ice cream right in front of you! Fun music and a great place to get something sweet after dinner.

    Love Mateo's - I walk there once a week for a "treat yo-self" pick-me-up and it never disappoints. My favorite flavor is the smoked milk. Everything is really great! They have something for everyone - it's a classic & authentic Ice Cream & Fruit Bar joint! The people that work there are so friendly.

    I feel Mateos Ice Cream is a hidden Gem in Los Angeles. They produce in-house flavors and everything is made from scratch. Unique and wide variety of Mexican and International Ice Cream/ Sorbets. They make delicious sandwiches and fresh squeezed juices.
    I highly recommend a visit to any of the Mateos Ice Cream in Los Angeles.
    Parking in front but it's a busy plaza(Crenshaw location). Plan accordingly.
