    I love the food here. No matter how busy it is. They always give me they great service everyone deserves not like most places where they might have a rude employee or they miss something in your order. The staff is really nice and caring. They care what they are giving you. And I appreciate that.

    Great tasty chicken, the only problem with this restaurant chain...they don't know how to keep the tortillas hot and is not only this location but so far I had the same problem in all pollo locos

    The guacamole I had at this El Pollo loco is probably the best I have ever at their restaurants. Excellent service and quality chips. I give them five stars! Lourdes is a great manager! Great job guys ...and thank you for a great meal!
