Other employees and the manager have gone above and beyond but the employee at the register today did not and she had a smug smile on her face knowing I was not happy as I left. No offer of apology or anything.

(November 27, 2018, 6:55 am)Love Jersey Mikes Sub's. Ever since childhood in North Carolina. Sadly, they have raised the prices of their sandwiches at this location so much that I have stopped going. Raise the price but I don't get more food!? Nope! That's a fail. Don't get greedy. You'll lose a paying consumer. Cudos to great sandwiches always.

An honest error was made in making my sandwich, however, the excellent professionalism of the manager who handled it very well made me very appreciative of the outstanding customer service.
