We came from Dallas, Texas and had to visit and we were not disappointed.. The food was amazing... This must be a place where you visit for great food at an affordable price

The Bun Shop started as the Bun Truck, and I would follow them on Twitter to find out where they were going to be next... I'm so glad they opened a brick-and-mortar location, but I'm not happy that they got rid of the Duck Fat Fries... Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious, but those fries were AMAZING... parking is a little rough, but you CAN actually find parking in the vicinity.

Awesome place and awesome staff! Everything is delicious and fresh! If you haven't tried the bun shop I highly recommend it!
And don't forget to finish up with their fried Oreos! Heaven!!

Words can barely begin to express the legitimacy of The Bun Shop. My boyfriend and I paid them a visit during our trip to LA from NJ and I have to say that they deserve EVERY SINGLE STAR they have on yelp. I had the Temp Veg and the Katsu buns and my boyfriend had the Beefy and Pork BBQ buns and we shared fries.

Both the ones I had were absolutely delicious. The Temp Veg wasn't just "good for a non-meat option," it was just good. You don't miss the meat, you can just appreciate the fried avocado and the compliment melody of flavors. My boyfriend also had no complaints about his choices.

I would definitely go again and I'm all the way here for bringing the Bun Shop to Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Good flavours, but a touch too expensive. Trying as a first time on holiday in LA was worth it. But as a place to go often is just on the verge of overprice specially considering the portions.

We ordered the braised beef and pork belly. both very good but the braised beef was the better one. Also had some fries and they were good.
