Great tasting tea and everything is made to order, and even better tasting lemon bars. Their biggest flaw isn't really their fault, but the lack of convenient parking there's really only a few spaces right outside their door and a quick loading zone as well. But friendly and WiFi.
House Chai tea is the best???? Also their cheesecake! Overall everything is really yummy!
Been coming to Hojas for years, but I find it hard to be a consistent client, due to the service...
I love the quality of teas, coffees, and food. No denying of that... But their employees wavier from good to bad with service and performance. If you're trying to place a pickup order, they consistently do a tactic where they don't answer the first call round, letting it go to voicemail. If you try to call back and attempt to place your order again, they'll have taken the phone off the hook, for over 20 minutes at times, so the phone will be "busy". It's happen to me numerous times and I have seen them do it when I've had to go into the San Pedro establishment to place more order in person and wait for pickup. They seem to always do it when they get behind with their store line. Management needs to be reviewed big time or maybe opt out of taking phone orders. I hope they choose the latter.
Server (tall female) was very nice and helpful being my first time there. However, in the future I would just get plain tea
Love Hojas in San Pedro. Have to get my Iced Coconut Coffee. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is great for little meetings of people. It always has Christian music playing which is great. Love to support local business and they have three locations San Pedro, Wilmington, and Long Beach.
