I love this place. It opened in 1917 in what was then Little Italy. It is still run by the original family. The history behind this place is fascinating. The food is authentic Italian and delicious. The wines are excellent. There is a large wine tasting room with a large variety of wines. They also have winery tours. Everyone is very friendly. Good place for families and couples.

We had a wonderful experience. I started with wine tasting and was very impressed with them. In fact, I purchased a few bottles. We were meeting some friends for dinner, all our first times. Our friends were running late and we had ended up chatting with Santo. He made sure the restaurant stayed open to serve us. The service was excellent as was the food. In fact, we ordered family style and didn't even finish it all. Delicious, homemade Italian food. Just like our mom prepared! The recipes are original from the founder's wife who started the restaurant, Maddalena. We will be back! Thank you so much for making our visit so special!

The food here is amazing and tastey. Everything is very fresh and the wine selection is nearly endless. Overall the ambiance is great for a date night or just going out with friends. Also you can go on a tour of the winery but I didn't get a chance this time. They also have a little store in the restaurant if just want to choose one of their many wines or pick from some of their other items (like organic blackberry jam. Yum). I'm definitely going to go back. I would recommend this place to wine lovers and anyone who wants to try something a little different.

Very, very crowded but fast moving food line. Very organized service. Fast. Efficient. Food was delicious. Had the Prime Rib. Served well done as ordered. Juicy not dry. Wine tasting and gift shop have neat stuff. Had a blast!!
