Hell’s chicken

Very good overall. Staff was friendly and the food tasted great. 2 small nitpicks however. Food was a bit cold when I got it, pretty frustrating when I was literally the only one getting food at the moment. Every other customer was already seated and eating before I entered. Also, I was served loaded mashed potatoes in a metal basket lined with paper. The paper of course, got soggy from having warm, moist potatoes sitting on it and it quickly started getting all torn up and in my food. Pretty silly to be serving mashed potatoes on paper, I don't really care to be picking all the scraps of paper out of my potatoes.

Great if you're in the mood for spicy, salty and savory. The level of spice is respectable, however the dry rub is on the saltier side. The chicken is cooked well for being fried, but in no way is it healthy. The prices are a little inflated ($15-18 per plate), however this place is definitely worth trying!

I’ve been there several times. The food is amazing, the customer service is excellent and the portion sizes are great. I LOVE the loaded fries. The heat level varies based on my mood. The sandwiches are good, too. I’m definitely a fan!

Hit and miss sadly. First visit great. Second visit a let down. Went in with a group. We all ordered the same thing. My order came out first looking all weak like it was under a heat lamp. My friends orders came out about 5 minutes later looking fresh and hot. Customer service from cashier was great. The picture below is from my first visit that was great.

My second time here. My favorite for sure it will be the loaded fries! The sandwiches are really good. I got the mild just because I like to enjoy my food with out too much spice. Will be coming to this place more often to get me more of those fries ????
