Taylor's Steak House

Dark and cozy!! There seafood is delicious be it fish or shellfish. There steaks are always prepared to perfection. Service is pleasant and attentive.

My party did not make a reservation because they are not usually necessary. They were booked. Initially when my friend arrived, he was told that they were booked until 8:30. I explained to the Maitre D that this was a 24 year reunion of schoolmates, and he sat us right away. I so appreciate that he did that. The steak was delicious and the waiter and busboy were awesome too! They definitely aim to please at this place.

It was so tasty. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. Prices are decent for the quality. Ambience reminds me of San Diego's scene.

As tourist sometimes it is hard to pick locations that really stand up to there review. As with most things, tastes vary by demographics and LA is definitely like that. Italian seems different, wings are different etc..but Taylor's was the exception. It was absolutely amazing. The steak sandwich, rib eye and beefeater were so very good with tons of flavorful meat!! We also had shrimp cocktail, they were huge, clean and flavorful, such a hit and scallops wrapped in bacon was right on point, another hit. Oh and the drinks were spot on. They don't require reservations, but do yourself a favor and make them. They were very busy Friday night. But, so worth it after all day at Disney!

This is a really old school LA original steakhouse. It has history and great cuts of meat. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You'll feel like a regular on your first visit. Reasonably priced and good sized portions. If you're a meat lover, you'll love it here!
