Excellent chinese noodle shop but I suspect it is more Vietnam or Cambodian influence of flavor. Cheap and unassuming

A very utilitarian Chinese restaurant. There is nothing fussy or romantic here...from the service, which varies depending whether you get the owner (a middle aged man with good customer service skills) or his father (less so)..to the decor and amenities, which are dated and involve wood and melamine. However, if you are wise, you look past all that; the food here is very good and, served in good portions. The prices are reasonable to good. I recommend their soups, of which there is a large variety and is their specialty. The fish, beef and pork balls are handmade here daily. They have a great variety of noodles to choose from. You can get various drinks from sodas to teas with boba.
