(October 14, 2018, 8:10 am)Been going here regularly for years. Management and chefs have changed a few times within the same family I believe, and the current management is a welcome. All I can say is there's a significant improvement in details that do not go unnoticed like properly cooked vegetable pakora crispy and moist, not overcooked or too dry, properly cooked chicken juicy with nice black char not dry or overcooked, etc. Clearly the current management has a hand in quality control and it's greatly appreciated. Also friendly and polite, with an obvious investment in customer service. Food is A++. Solid 5 stars and I'm a qualified judge born and raised in LA and eating authentic Indian food my whole life.
