I had a birthday party here and had no fear because security was near, and I was able to sing flavor in your ear
Came here for happy hour and dinner love the food, the workers are friendly and attentive. The food was delicious especially the chicken and waffles. My go to drink would be the whiskey Houston, it taste amazing light and fruity but packs a punch. Overall great place.
Once known at the hub for tech events, The Venue was a mainstay for me when living in LA.
The large space is accommodating, it's easy to get a drink, and there is usually a diverse, interesting, and talkative crowd.
They sometimes play the music too loudly in my opinion, so minus a star for that.
If you stop by ask for Eiming and tell him I sent you. He'll give you a $1 off any drink you order.
Came here for a friend's birthday. Art gallery turned into a bar at night, genius.
The scene was pretty fun although I wasn't particularly a big fan of the music they played. I still prefer hip hop to house, 80s music... It was my friend's moving away party and we had table service, which made the night more awesome. They also had a photobooth which was an added perk.
Excellent ambience, but the foods are particularly blend. Not impressed. The taste of food should match the ambience. Ambience I give 90 out of 100. Food, I give 10 out of 100.. it would be hard to recommend the restaurant to others.... such a disappointment..... leaves much to be desired on food selections and the taste....
