    Robert is putting in the work to create a great version of the classic Shaanxi noodle dish. Each bowl's noodles is made to order right in front of you. A show and a meal right on the streets!

    The price is right, the flavors are deep, and the noodles have a great chew. Just be ready for a long wait and know he might run out of one of the protein options. It's busy, it's popular, it's insta hot so with any hype be aware of what you are getting into.

    I had a very fun experience at this pop up noodle stand. Wish it was a normal restaurant just so I can sit down and enjoy the noodles while it’s fresh. I had to take it home (only 5 mins) because it was cold outside.
    Anyway, I got both the wet(beef) and dry(lamb). The dry was much more flavorful, not sure if it was because of the meat or the soup diluting the flavor. The noodles were a little too thick for me but still delicious.

    It’s a lot of fun watching the dude pull your noodles.

    The stand is right on York, in front of the Do It Center. Lots of parking behind the store.
