Dinner was incredible! Drinks were very tasty, food was delicious, and the vibe was top notch! The somm also gave us a great sake recommendation! The “oysters,” octopus, and lobster were my favorite dishes and would highly recommend!

Everything was delicious! Some of the best food I've had in a while.

My only complaint would be that the food is so good and in-demand that some of the menu items had run out by late night when I was there.

The cocktails are inventive, with unique flavors that I've never tasted anywhere else. That can make it hard to know whether you'll like any specific drink, but the bartenders are attentive and knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions along the way. Pro tip, the shiso foam on the "Girl From Lobitos" is amazing!

New favorite. Chef Zarate is amazing. The intersection of Peruvian and Japanese? Who knew? Absolutely delicious. Marvelous cocktails. Spectacular staff and service too. Get there

I love this Nikkei Peruvian restaurant that took over Sawyer’s space. The patio is beautiful and there is also a nice fireplace. The grilled octopus with goat cheese chorizo mousse has a nice flavor combination. The udon pesto with mushrooms is inventive and beyond delicious! The clam ceviche, branzino and crispy rice with beef tartare were also good but I’ve had better. The desserts are low key but quite satisfying. Service had a slow start but rapidly improved mid dinner.

Lovely ambience and open setting. Went for dinner and dined in. The menu was interesting, Peruvian fusion with a Japanese twist. Nigiris were made with potato instead of rice which is creative but not my thing. Got the tuna tataki with truffle which was great as the quality of the fish was high. The Caesar salad was yummy. We ordered the chicken but didn’t finish it because it had tough/chewy pieces. I recommend sitting in the terrace at the back which was lovely. The service was attentive and friendly. Without drinks, paid $65 per person.
