    As a DTLA resident, FIGat7th is my go-to shopping center when I do not want to leave the city. I mean it has target... that is usually enough for me. They also have other clothing stores like Zara (and a huge Zara men), H&M, Victoria Secret, and a Sports Chalet. There are many food stops and my favorite, SPRINKLES! Bath & Body Works and L'occataine are also on the second level. It's great for an afternoon shopping trip and a bite to eat. There is also a cycling studio called Bespoke (check out my review for them) and a Golds Gym.

    Pipers is a older style diner, not high-end Hollywood dining, however for the price this is definitely a good pick for a quick meal with a couple friends.
    I work close and frequently have the BLT for lunch. well made and bacon just right.

    The best experience in Los Angeles. My favovite restaurant so far, better then Dennis Ihop and Norms for late snacks is the place to be.

    Good prices just as good as norms but if you want some asian/american type breakfast this would be the place to come - I was able to get some rice with my bacon, egg and waffle all for about $8. Just to be clear, this isn't some high end, organic, gluten free meal. This is a greasy spoon with quantity. Definitely will be coming back here to eat!
