Shahi restaurant is the best restaurant in all of Los Angeles top-of-the-line Mediterranean/Persian food. Best service and takes care of each customer. Will 100% come back. Don’t even get me started on the hookah The best hookah in the whole town. Prices are very very reasonable Overall an A+ restaurant will definitely come back

I simply Love Shahi Resturant. The services is amazing, food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great! During my day time visits I love hanging out on the street side patio and get that outdoor city vibe. And nights when we go in for dinner I love catching the game on their big screens while I enjoy some of the best Persian food outside of Iran. Their menu is extremely unique and always fresh! They have a great drink menu for almost any type of drink or cocktail. To top it all off, we love to enjoy Persian tea, desert and Hookah! Regardless of what you’re looking for in a dining experience visiting Shahi Restaurant is a must!

This a new Persian resturant in LA. As far as style and creativity it should be a 5 but their service is not good at all, it takes fir ever to get something and their waiters are very amateur although this could have been because if them being new and still hiring more staff, if I get to convince myself to get back there I’ll defiantly update this review if it has improved. Their food is really good though so I honestly was debating between 3 and 4. I love their traditional cold drinks. Their breakfast trays are also really nice. They are also too pricy in comparison to regular Persian restaurants, specially their hookah.

I ordered the Gypsy Tomato Soup. It was bisque like, and delicious, with a nice consistenency and low acidity.

In a return visit, I had a the Shahi special fries, served with garlic and melted cheese along with herbs. It was good, though I wish the fries were cooked through more. The hookah always smells appealing, and the upscale remodel and rebrand they did brought the business to life. Prices are fair, and they do accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card transactions through a portable terminal, meaning no waiting for your card to come back, which is nice.

Good place for hookah, food or beer and wine.
