We need more places like this in the CV. I've tried several drinks and was never disappointed (drip coffee, cold brew, latte, and Americano). They even have vegan donuts which are pretty good, I haven't tried the other pastries but will eventually. Although the place has a "hip" look, there's nothing hipster about it. No attitude, just friendly service and great quality coffee. Their claim to fame is the water they use. They even have a rewards program, if you buy 10 items you get a free drink.

For my first visit, Austin made my latte perfect! The place has great potential and the ambiance is perfect. Will highly recommend and will be back for sure!

New location is much more visible, so get there before people discover its existence.

25% sweetness is perfect for our high mountain milk tea, and the tapioca is spot on. You can really taste the tea, not always the case for boba places.

This place is so amazing. Great tea choices. If you can, do the tea ceremony. Love this traditional tea place with a modern twist. I'm tired of all the high sugar tea places or pre-made tea shops.. Awesome customer service.
