(September 26, 2019, 4:29 am)What an incredible unforgettable experience! Chef Shin was very creative and friendly, you can tell he put his all into every cut and dish that he serves. The night favorite was the Uni wrapped in a5 wagyu topped with truffle and perfectly marinated and cooked mushrooms! The barracuda, Ototo, and amberjack also were stand outs! Honestly everything was so satisfying, really hope more people get this experience. 2 months in and absolutely flawless experience.
