Trinistyle Cuisine

First time trying Trinistyle Cuisine and im so shook. It was soooooo good. Sadly I came too early and couldn’t try the doubles, but next time will have to do.

I LOVED THE CURRENT!! Never tasted anything like it before but it was so soft, slightly tart and sweet but all well balanced. The Roti was soo good too I got the goat and I absolutely loved it. Thanks to the staff for the recommendations that turned out to be a great experience for my first time trying.

My new favorite place and looking forward to try different things.

Doubles are only available on Friday & Saturday - so I will be back!

5/5 Chicken Sunday special
The chicken fell right off the bone and was seasoned well. Also enjoyed all of the sides

1/5 restroom. No soap. Had flies. Seems like they were only doing outdoor dining, but to go in the restroom, you needed to pass through the indoor dining portion, which smelled heavily of cigarettes. I do not recommend going in. Hoping this is something management will fix after reading.

I've been a huge fan of curry dishes, whether they be Indian, Thai or Jamaican, And now thanks to TriniStyle Cuisine, I've discovered Trinidadian Curry. And it is delicious! I came here with a large party and we tried several of the menu items, We were all delighted and ended up sharing all of our dishes. I also love that they have several fish dishes here (in addition to shrimp), a very healthy item that's missing at many restaurants.

A very nice touch was our getting to meet the owner and chef Merlin. An amazing woman who dazzled us with not only her culinary skills but also with her genuine friendliness and desire to serve GREAT FOOD to the community.

My only complaint is they're only open 3 days a week (Fri thru Sun). Hopefully that will expand to 7 days a week as we all get out of pandemic mode.

We'll all be coming back regularly to TriniStyle Cuisine, now one of my favorite restaurants in the entire LA area.

Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious shrimp roti with the pepper sauce, the ginger pine drink, and the amazing hospitality. Will definitely be back to get the doubles available on Fridays.
