I never leave reviews but this spot blew my mind with amazement so I have to give a shout out. Food was flavorful, affordable and past my expectations. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived and giving friendly service. I will come back asap. I just love how a good meal can make your day so much better. Happy dance.

Want to give 5 stars but the times I’ve eaten here have been so inconsistent. Charred Brussels were well beyond burnt, tacos dorados have been over cooked 2/3 times.. quality ingredients and flavor is there they just haven’t been 100% each time

Chicken slow-roasted to perfection and marinated for 24hours. You can taste the high quality of the chicken in every bite. They source their chicken from a free-range local farm called Mary’s Chickens; they are hormone-free, humanely raised and vegetarian fed. They have a variety of tasty sides available to pair with your meal, I had the quarter chicken with the Brussels sprouts and chips + guacamole. Everything was really good, I was super satisfied with my first experience at Wildbird. I’ll def be back!

There’s a certain discomfort that washes over me when a place has great reviews but I don’t understand the hype. Is my palate wrong? Was it a bad batch? Or maybe I got the wrong menu items? These are all possibilities, but I want you to factor in that I got WILDBIRD for free. Work paid for it. Free food is always good, right? Right? Hello?

Food
Kind of salty, but not in a flavorful kind of way. I got the chicken tinga with a side of sweet potatoes and chicken tortilla soup. The tinga was fine. It tasted fresh, but also kind of like something I’d have at Lemonade. The rice was fine also. The soup was salty and just okay. The sweet potatoes…you can’t really mess those up, although one time I messed up sweet potatoes by undercooking them. Anyway, everything here tasted fresh and junk but I…I don’t know! Maybe I should lose sleep over this. Or maybe it’ll recede into the land of forgotten meals for me. Who knows.

Price
Seemed reasonable.

I had the most amazing burrito here yesterday. The staff were super friendly and I loved the environment and decor. Oscar the owner is awesome and we are happy to support a Hollywood Chamber member. I cant wait to be back and try one of their bowls!!! 10 stars!
